For once I'm posting just a normal blog. Strange I know as I generally don't feel comfortable expressing myself verbally. Which is why I started this blog as an avenue of just visually expressing myself. Which feels more natural for me.
Well, I got ahold of a Canon 7D camera and was around the city just randomly shooting stills and video. Testing it, feeling it in my hands, futzing with the features. Just yesterday I got to also play around with the 5D as well but a friend of mine who owns both highly recommended the 7D more as the video features are better then the 5D.
I thought with the recent firmware updates the 5D pretty much is the same as the 7D? Need to read up on it again. As of now though, after spending some time with the 7D, I have to say I am extremely impressed and think it's a great camera. Although I'd love to also spend some time with the 5D as well and see how I feel about that too.
In the end though, more than anything I want to play with the Nikon D3. Until I can get my hands on one, I'll know better which is more my preference.
